What a hair transplant costs in Germany (2026)

haartransplantation-vergleich.de cites an average of about €3.29 per FUE graft in Germany (their cost study). At 2,000 grafts that is roughly €6,580. Cities diverge: Berlin is quoted higher, Cologne lower.

HairPalace compiled 2026 packages for 2,500 grafts that we cite only while the source stays public: Elithair €3,990 (Istanbul surgery), MyHair Medical €4,590, Novohair €5,790, Kosmed €6,550, KÖ-HAIR €6,990, Hairdoc €7,900, Otberg Medical €8,500. Those are portal figures, not binding clinic quotes.

What is missing from the package is often costlier than the graft price: a second session, medicines after week two, PRP as an upsell, revision, travel. Ask for graft count, not “5,000 hairs” — one graft can carry one to four hairs.

Very cheap German offers without a named physician and without an address are treated as incomplete, not as a bargain. Missing data stays blank on KLAR.
