Germany vs Turkey for hair transplants

The price gap is real. Published German packages for about 2,500 grafts often sit between €4,500 and €8,500. Istanbul all-inclusive offers start much lower. The gap is not only rent: it is staffing, liability, and how many cases move through a theatre in a day.

Regulation in Germany means a medical licence, hygiene rules, and for private clinics often a §30 GewO concession. That is not automatic quality, but it is an address you can sue. Turkey has excellent surgeons and factory floors. The spread is wider.

The German front-door model deserves its own line. Groups such as Elithair run contact points in several cities and operate abroad. That is lawful if it is said. It is misleading when a city page reads like a local clinic.

Aftercare decides revisions. Surgery in Düsseldorf means swelling and shock loss can be shown in the same rooms. Flying home on day seven needs either a German partner practice or the willingness to travel again.

KLAR does not recommend a country. We show surgery country, physician name and source. The decision stays with the patient — on public facts, not invented AI-photo percentages.
